General instructions:-
* Candidate should read the rules and regulation /instructions before filling the application form (A blank application forms are enclosed with prospectus)
* Application should fill in the neatly and legibly in students own hand writing.
* Application received after the date specified and incomplete application form will not be consider for interview and positively rejected.
* Original certificates must be brought at the time of interview.
* Fee will be collected at the time of interview in the shape of demand draft in favour of S.R.Institute of Medical Technology, payable at Mahu .
* Eligible candidates will be called for interview on the date given by the institute to appear before the selection committee and the selection will be made purely on the merit basis.
* The decision of the selection committee will be final.
* The list of the selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the institution.
* No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for interview and joining the course/ training.
* All the selection will be provisional. In case of any candidate find ineligible at any stage. His/her admission will be cancelled.
* Students will bear the expenses for travelling, boarding and lodging whenever needed to attended programs in other institution or examination centre out of station.
* The students who fail to join on the prescribed date will lose his/her seat which will be offered to the next candidate on waiting list.
* If at any level the certificate / undertaking submitted by the candidate is found false he/she will be expelled from the training and will be liable to legal action.
* If the student leaves the training at his/her own the will then he/she will have to deposit fee for the entire course otherwise legal action will be pursued and he/she/ guardian have to bear legal charges along with the recovery amount.
* The charges are subject to revision at any time during the training period of Health Sanitary Inspector course.
* If he/she is expelled from the training due to any reason /fault submitting false certificate etc. then his/ her case under section 420 will be sent to the police.
* All the trainees will be required to bear approved uniform. in the intuition. They will have to bear the cost of uniform.
* The text books prescribed by the institution will be supplied to the students on the payment at rate current cost.
Rules and Regulation of the Institution :-
* Fees are payable in advance. Fees and other charges once paid by the candidate are not refundable in full or part on any account whatsoever.
* Cheques are not accepted Only Bank Draft/IPO made payable to S.R. Institute of Medical Technology are accepted.
* All fees have to be paid with in stipulated period, failing which fine shall have to be paid. On very long delayed payment ,admission can cancelled.
* The discipline of the institution is to be strictly observed. For breach of the discipline a student may be fined or expelled from the institution. No refund of fees will be allowed.
* Any harsh or insulting language used in the office or written in the letter may effect the continuity of training.
* If a student fail to take examination for one reason or other, institution will not be entertain any claim for the refund of the fee.
* In all matter, the decision of the Director will be final.
* Any dispute arising out of their transaction will be subject to Hindaun City court jurisdiction only.
* Institute will not be responsible for delay or postponement of examination by the BSS .
* The principal /Director reserve the right to change the time table at any time.
* Leave application is to be got recommended through the class incharge.
* Leave application should be signed by the parents/ guardian.
* House examination.Tests are compulsory but ill students may remain absent with the permission of principal.
* Regular and punctual attendance is compulsory at class ,practical . 80% attendance is essential to be eligible to appear in the final examination.
* Institute does not have any kind of responsibility of any students going and coming back from home.
* Student will not be allowed to entertain their parents/ Guardian/relatives/friends during institute hours.
* The institute does not hold itself responsibility for debts incurred by the students.
* Students must pay all the damages caused by them to library, demonstration, and other institution properties.
* Repeated misbehavior ,violation of rules ,refusal from duty, poor performance in theory and practical , instigation for strikes and misconduct will be viewed seriously which can result in expulsion from the institute with out any claim.
* During the training period, no student will be permitted to appear in any other examination or competition.
* The perspective student and his/her parents/guardian must thoroughly study rules and regulation and eligibility for getting admission in this course.
