Passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system of education from recognized board, preference will be given to 12th class passed with physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Science up to 10th standard.
Age not less the 17 Years
Students shall be medically fit.

Matriculation Certificate and 10+2 Certificates
Documentary proof of SC/ST/ OBC/BPL /BC etc. duly certified by the competent authority.
Latest passport size photographs
Charcter Certificate from Principal of school/ institution last attended .
Medical Certificate from Govt. Hospital (A blank form is contained in the prospectus.)
An undertaking by parents/ guardian for meeting all financial obligation of the candidate during the training period and that too in time.
Self address envelop with a six rupees stamp affixed on it.
